Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Managing a team of technicians and suppliers (20 people on average)
  • Guaranteeing the implementation of the ( furniture and property)  terms and conditions
  • Being responsible for the safety of the village, in case of fire and the safety of people
  • Regular practice of maintenance and preventive interventions
  • Maintaining and repairing machines, facilities and equipments
  • Coordinating the repairs in the resort while it is closed (before/after the season)
  • Applying Club Med’s hygiene and safety procedures
  • Being responsible for administrative tasks and the financial results of the technical services (costs)
  • Being responsible for the integration of your team members within the Village’s team and for their development by training and courses

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in maintenance or technical services, Thermal engineering (level 3)
  • 5 years working experience in maintenance  and in management
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry
  • IT skills
  • Driving licence mandatory
  • Fluent in English with knowledge of other language is a plus
