Chief Planner (M/F)


  • Assigning the rooms according to the sales contrat optimising the bed occupation, the meals and the transfers
  • Edit the occupation expectations and communicate them to the services of the Village
  • Prepare the arrivals/departures and relay the information to all the services of Village
  • Put at the disposal of the Front Office rooms available, transfers
  • Stimulate local sales, and ensure the follow up and control (F&B, meals, transfers)
  • Relay all financial information to the financial service (number of clients, arrivals/departures, local sales…)
  • Treat the comments and particular requests asked by our clients
  • Application of Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
  • Train the receptionists in their daily tasks


  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in Tourism or Hotel Service preferred
  • Experience in the job required
  • IT skills
  • Fluent in English with knowledge of other language is a plus
