Spa Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Insuring the spa offer by respecting the Club Med standards
  • Responsibility for the economic and qualitative results of the spa by developing  a sales strategy which is adapted to the marketing  and merchandising  principles of Club Med
  • Guaranteeing the quality of the services, the client satisfaction and their loyalty
  • Analysis of the local competition in order to have the best positioning possible in the market
  • Administration of the planning for the treatments and for the organization of your team
  • Optimizing the organization of the spa and your team (administration of the stock, team schedule, etc.)
  • Management and development of your team members by training  and courses
  • Responsible for the publicity of your activity in the village
     

Profiles

Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
2 year technical degree in cosmetics required
2-year-experience minimum as spa manager
Good knowledge of different kinds of treatments
Fluent in English with knowledge of other language is a plus
