Human Resources Internship

Missions

-Assisting with end-to-end recruitment process for corporate office and resorts in Asia Pacific
-Updating and maintaining the new Club Med website for Australia and New Zealand
-Posting job ads and continually resourcing innovative recruitment methods, updating position descriptions and job ad templates
-Sorting and filing all incoming applications, providing information, answering candidate questions
-Conducting interviews and reference checks
-Chasing supporting documents and information
-Organizing employment information for GOs hired – contracts
-Data entry of new village and office staff details and continually updating current staff details into HRIS system (Helios)
-Sending arrival information to the village
-Liaison with universities and colleges for internship programs to continue strong partnerships and regular presentations and attendance of career expos
-Assisting department managers in corporate recruitment when required
-Travel arrangements
- Booking domestic flights directly online
-Liaising with travel agent for international flights
-Booking GO accommodation
-Liaising with transport coordinators from our overseas resorts
-Constantly monitor and update all tracking sheets
-Ensure Sydney Office Employee Handbook is aligned to federal and state legislation and Asia Pacific head office (Singapore) policy
-Other projects and assistance to HR Manager
-Assisting with visa processes for GOs going to work in a Club Med resort overseas
-Collection of all necessary documents
-Liaison with the HR departments of overseas resorts and from the Singapore office
-Constantly update knowledge of visa process for all countries we send GOs to; organize process accordingly
-Visit various consulates

 

 

Profiles

-Excellent English verbal/written skills, internet interest
-Excellent interpersonal skills for team work
-Planning ability, project management, good communication skills
 

Assets

-Work with rigor, paying a lot of attention to details
-Work under pressure, in particular to short turn around times.
-Be able to multi-task and prioritize during a busy schedule.
-Someone who is outgoing and would be a team player.
