Pastry Chef (M/F)

Missions

  • Production of different and international pastries
  • Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
  • Attending and decoration of the buffets during the service
  • Participation at the creation of the menus
  • Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
  • Development of your staff by organizing training and formation

Profiles

    • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
    • City and Guilds examination or similar certification compulsory
    • Experience in the function and in managment required
    • Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering and Viennese breads
    • Fluent in English with knowledge of other language is a plus
