Missions

  • Preparing meat orders and managing stocks
  • Taking part in developing menus
  • Carving meat at the buffet and supervising buffets replenishment
  • Attending and cooking behind the buffets during the service
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • City and Guilds examination
  • Working experience mandatory
  • Fluent in English with knowledge of other language is a plus
