Assistant F&B Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Assistance to the F&B Manager and eventually replacing him during a leave of absence
  • Responsibility for the administration of the stock: reception of the goods, control of the orders, control of the outgoing goods, organization of the inventory
  • Registration and administration of the bills from the internal services by following the Club Med procedures
  • Close collaboration with the catering services , bar and kitchen
  • Assuring the development of your team members
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry, catering or stock control
  • Experience in the function and management required
  • IT skills required
  • Fluent in English with knowledge of other language is a plus
