Hotel Service Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Coordinate all hotel services of our holiday resort: reception, catering, housekeeping and Club Med business
  • Responsibility of economic and qualitative results
  • Manage a team of managers
  • Guanrantee the quality of services, the respect of hygiene and safety regulations and the application of Club Med procedures
  • Be client orientated to answer to their needs and expectations
  • Responsibiity for the integration of your team members within the village’s team and for their professional development

Profiles

    • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
    • Diploma in international travel industry / catering preferred
    • 2 to 3 years experience as Department/Service manager at 4 or 5 stars resort/hotel
    • Solid experience at F&B or costumer services is an advantage
    • Fluent in English with knowlegde of other language is a plus

Seasonal contract with compensation package include room & board, utilities, basic medical insurance, uniforms, training, usage of all resorts sports facilities, and other advantages connected with our Club Med Group.
